IAAW HISTORY

Lets start with where we are in history, here in year 2022. There are more skilled and educated Black Americans than ever before. We need to market that..because it makes the home of the most skilled and industrially trained people of color to be in the United States of America. The name, International African American workforce, headquartered in Pennsylvania, America takes its name from the need for a major facelift to take place in Africa at the same time as a homeland for Black Americans. Its initiative is to provide key industrial upgrades in selected African nations in exchange for homeland territory. These upgrades would provide substantive manufacturing plants and processing plants raw materials that in turn produce jobs for the people of that nation. Obvious solutions to most of the troubles that plague Africa. Projects are arranged that associate a percentage achievement in project deliverable to acres of physical and growable land inside of the host country.TEST

One of the earlier Black American graduates in an engineering major in the mid 70s led me to encounter some rather amazing manufacturing companies. It was Michigan State and electrical engineering and 40 years later here we are. Africa lacks know-how; much that has been picked up by Black Americans. It turns out that Black Americans are the smartest and most educated then any other Blacks on the planet earth. IAAW mission is to organize and harness that element of the 40 million Black American population into a special group of near 150,000 skill workforce.

There are five(5) teams that make up the IAAW organization; they are Nation Building Project, Nation Building Research, Nation Building preparation and Processing and Nation Building Security. Members may choose whether to be assigned to national projects or overseas in Africa. For purposes of positive impression, only Africans American will be assigned to African Nations.

Many of the ethic principles in organizing are based on the Nation of Islam founded by Master Fard Muhammad and his last messenger Elijah Muhammad. The Nation of Islam was not to remain “in the making”, rather, it was designed so as to one day GET A NATION. Less it becomes merely a theory. In a sense, IAAW is an initiative that takes it to the next step. That is a homeland that African Americans can call their own.
